Aava devices can be serviced in several locations worldwide, with a typical turnaround time of 3 days.

To improve our customers’ experience further and to reduce the cost of servicing devices, we recently introduced a self-testing application. The app will self-diagnose Aava products before sending them to the service site. This not only saves time and costs, but positively influences the environment.
